In accordance with the 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.」 and amendments to the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, we provide the following information regarding the access rights used by Samsung Life Mobile App.

[Required access rights]

1. Call status management, phone

It is a process that reads the general phone status and is used for network communication check, PUSH message, multi-login prevention, terminal designation service, etc.

2. Access device photos, media and files

Used for public certificate login, public certificate transmission (read, copy), etc. with disk access rights

3. Items for credit disorder investigation (prevention of voice phishing damage by customers using Samsung Life APP through detection of malicious APP)

Malicious APP detection information, diagnostic information about the detected malicious APP

[Optional access rights]

1. Camera, photo

Used for photographing required documents or importing images from the gallery for the purpose of claiming accident insurance or using voice conversion service

2. Location information

Used to guide nearby Samsung Life Insurance branches based on your location

※ In the case of optional access rights, you can use the app even if you do not agree to the permission, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.
